How much does shipping cost?
 
At this time, shipping costs vary from product to product based on weight. Reduced shipping rates are given to orders with multiple products. 

Why can I only buy some products via preorder?
Due to the high demand, at this time we can only sell preorder slots on a first come, first served basis for select products. This ensures that more customers are able to order their desired size until the sales window closes.

Why are shipping times different for some items?
At this time, some products are made to order. Shipping times vary from product to product based on labor intensity. In some cases, orders can be split shipped. Please make sure to read product description for shipping estimate.

How do I place an order?
Products are available for online purchase on their respective release dates exclusively at www.officialregbrand.com. Please follow @reg.brand or @reg.worldwide on Instagram to find out more information on upcoming releases.

Why do my billing and shipping address have to match?
We require that your billing and shipping address match as an additional step to prevent credit card fraud.

When are particular items released?
Most of our items do not have set release dates. Please follow @reg.brand or @reg.worldwide on Instagram. From there you will be able to stay in the loop and receive notifications each time we release a product.

Do you re-stock your inventory?
On occasion we will re-stock some of our inventory items. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.

Can you send me a sticker?
Each purchase comes with a couple Reg. Brand "Tree" stickers. If you have not placed an order but would like some stickers, please send an email to [email protected] with "STICKERS" in the subject heading.
